WEEK 1: Drill-A-Palooza

Packed full of great drills, we begin by getting your feet moving, your arm throwing, and your heart pumping. See how the elite train. Each drill is broken down, with points of emphasis from the coach.

WEEK 2: Field Work & Film Study

This week begins with more great exercises stressing violent motion in a small space, then introduces film study covering how to read the Safety. 

WEEK 3: Front, Coverage, & Quick Game Concepts

This week is all about understanding what the defense is showing you, and where that makes them vulnerable. 

WEEK 4: More Drills & Coverage Deep Dive

This week's drills focus on keeping you upright in the pocket in order to finish the play. Following that is a classroom session on coverage recognition, complete with charted defensive looks and actual game footage.

WEEK 5: Kinetic Drills & Drive Concept

We're working on getting rid of the ball quickly this week; delivering a quick strike. Then it's back to the game film to learn about Drive concept and stretching the defense from sideline to sideline.

WEEK 6: Elite Drills & Cross Concept Breakdown

In our last workout, we're stressing both footwork and delivery, with drills emphasizing mobility and working on throwing at different levels. We finish with a classroom session where we teach the Cross concept.
