QB Factory Founder Chris Baucia

Since 1992, Coach Chris Baucia has been training Quarterbacks from the Mid-Atlantic region. In 1999 Coach Baucia founded the Quarterback Factory for the development of Quarterbacks and Receivers. In over 20 years of training QBs and WRs, he has worked with outstanding families and their players, such as current 2021 #1 ranked QB Caleb Williams of Gonzaga HS and 2022 Top 25 QB John Griffith of St. Frances Academy.
